You were able to purchase tickets on the Internet (via credit card), or through any TicketMaster outlet across Australia (cash, credit card, etc.).
Your ticket will be the only way into Big Day In, so make sure you get one before they sell out! (And remember that Big Day In is a 15+ event, so only people 15 or older will be admitted, even if you were holding a ticket!)
